Red Roc # 5

Roc d’Anglade 2000
Roc d'Anglade, Languedoc, France

65% Syrah, 35% Grenache.
Oldest of the 6 bottles I purchased...
and taking on age...rich, sweet ripe
nose is liquoricey with some spicy notes.
Ripe, sweet concentrated fruit on the palate,
with a soft character and a roasted edge.

Points 17.5
