reserved citrus..come on...try harder Miss Chard...ahhh..now we have a trace of oak..or should I say barrique..just enough to entice....this is a teaser....but finally she shows her 'best' side...the taste...creamy, vanilla...but no 'oak slapper' here...elegant..Becker knows how to use his barrels...
as it aired and opened..there was a lovely spicy back palate with a soft lingering finish.
