Spargel Time

It's 'Spargel' time...Asparagus to the English speakers. The markets are now full of the white stuff. I am a green man myself...but as my wife loves the former version...it tends to be a regular meal until the end of May. A market stall was offering the 'perfect wine' for Spargel...Sauvignon Blanc. So...down into the celler...to break open a new case of mixed Austrian whites.
